What You Will Do and Learn

Throughout the 24-month tenure, learners will work alongside senior professionals to execute data-driven objectives:

• Support senior team members in defining data analysis tasks aligned with business and audit objectives.

Execute analytical procedures to test specific audit areas, identify anomalies, and validate control mechanisms through datasets.

Highlight key findings, control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and performance improvement opportunities.

Develop clear, data-backed recommendations and present visual data outputs in a structured format.

Ensure full compliance with group data governance, policies, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Standard Bank Data Science Learnership, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
