This full-time internship offers a structured, supervised experiential learning program designed to equip recent accounting graduates with hands-on corporate, factory, and production accounting competencies.
Purpose of the Internship
Reporting directly to the Production Accountant, the Finance Intern will work within the factory environment, gaining practical exposure to manufacturing cost accounting, inventory tracking, financial controls, and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas
During the internship program, the successful candidate will assist the factory finance team with daily operations, including:
- Production Accounting Support: Assisting in monitoring production costs, variance analyses, and operational expenditure tracking within the factory.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following academic and technical criteria to qualify:
- Qualification: Completed BCom Degree or BCom Honours in Financial Accounting or related field (must have completed Accounting 1 and Accounting 2 as a minimum).
