The Opportunity
At Abbott Molecular, we are dedicated to providing innovative diagnostic testing solutions that help improve patient outcomes worldwide.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Business Administration Internship Programme. This role offers valuable exposure to administrative support, travel coordination, finance processes, and event management within a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role
As an Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to a variety of business support activities, including:
Supporting the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative responsibilities
Managing travel arrangements for the Service Team
Processing Purchase Orders (POs), primarily for travel-related expenses
Submitting invoices to Finance for payment processing
Acting as the liaison between the travel agency and internal stakeholders
Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties
Receiving and welcoming Abbott Molecular guests
Providing general administrative support
Assisting with internal events and meeting coordination

A completed high school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Demonstrable interest in automotive technology and a passion for developing skills in this field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective customer interaction. - Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a practical setting. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality work. - Valid driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
