Job Description

Position: Programme Coordinator (Learnerships)

We are seeking a well-organised and detail-driven Programme Coordinator to support the following functions:

Administration,

compliance and coordination of learnership programmes.

The successful candidate will coordinate learner documentation, attendance, provider communication, programme reporting and learner progress tracking. This role requires strong administration, accurate reporting and the ability to follow up firmly and professionally with multiple stakeholders.

Main Duties

Coordinate learner enrolments, programme files and documentation.

Track class attendance, workplace attendance and learner progress.

Liaise with providers, facilitators, learners and internal stakeholders.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on programme progress and risks.

Assist with SETA/QCTO compliance, audits and evidence packs.

Follow up on outstanding documents, assessment evidence and learner queries
