Requirements
South African citizen younger than 34.
Matric and NQF 7 or higher qualification, completed or due for completion during 2026. Foreign qualifications need a SAQA evaluation.
Financial Planning postgraduate diploma or Honours preferred. No previous work experience required.
No previous insurance industry INSETA internship or graduate development programme.
Strong sales, communication, networking, organisation and relationship skills.
