Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of core IT concepts (networking fundamentals, operating systems, hardware components, and basic security practices).
Technical Knowledge & Familiarity
Basic familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 (macOS or Linux exposure is a plus).
Fundamental understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and basic local network setup (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS).
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Essential Soft Skills
Problem-Solving Ap
Good Communication Skills
Adaptability & Initiative: Self-motivated with a high willingness to learn new technologies, accept constructive feedback, and follow Established Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Preference will be given to candidates requiring Work Integrated Learning (WIL)

IT Intern
FEM invites applications for a 12‑month Internship Programme within the IT department at our Head Office.
The purpose of this position is to:
Provide interns with direct experience in real-world IT environments, including cloud infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity compliance, and system troubleshooting.
Interns will be paired with experienced systems engineers and IT leaders to foster technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and professional soft skills.
Support daily IT operations, end-user support, system documentation, and foundational infrastructure tasks.
Exposure to core domains such as Service Desk operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Systems Administration, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Opportunities to contribute to or lead small-scale operational projects (e.g., system updates, asset auditing, SOP documentation, automation scripting).
